At AECO we turn your architectural projects into prefabricated modular homes. Based on your idea, our team of engineers, builders and operators are responsible for the design, manufacture and assembly of high quality mechanised reinforced concrete panels with which we erect, in a period of between eight and twelve weeks, a made-to-measure house.
The result is an open-plan, pillarless, elegant and energy-efficient custom-built house with a robust structural strength and a roof that is ready for easy waterproofing. These prefabricated concrete houses also offer many possibilities for façade finishes, with different textures, pigments and cladding of other materials, requiring little or no maintenance.

Custom-built houses
We manufacture structural envelopes for dwellings with single, solid or insulated walls, with different thicknesses and customised exterior finishes. These are self-supporting reinforced concrete panels and hollow core slabs. But we also offer you prefabricated concrete enclosures for exterior use. We can include other elements, such as concrete stairs or corbel steps, available in all types of finishes.

Unlike industrial precast concrete products, our architectural precast concrete products are made to measure in superior qualities. We use high quality concrete of HA35 strength to manufacture structural enclosure walls or horizontal and vertical enclosure panels in various thicknesses. Unlike traditional construction, our precast concrete structures are forged under optimum conditions in our own facilities, in a controlled environment and with all quality certifications.
When working with AECO, the difference is undoubtedly speed. After the transfer of the concrete panels, the execution of the envelope of your project is completed in less than a week, depending on the number of metres built.
The execution of these prefabricated concrete enclosures in such a short period of time allows us to avoid the cost overruns that are common in long construction times. With AECO, the price is fixed and guaranteed from the outset.
These precast concrete houses are more thermally insulated, but also acoustically insulated and more resistant to adverse elements such as fire or extreme weather events.
A prefabricated concrete modular house is much more flexible in its construction, as it can be adapted to the needs and possibilities of the client, adding or removing modules from the initial project as desired.
Prefabricated concrete houses offer greater energy savings, and this affects the valuations in energy certifications. It represents a long-term saving in the energy consumption of the building, reducing the final cost of its use, and is much more sustainable in terms of its environmental impact.
